There is already a danger that the enforcement of both copyright and its exceptions will be left in the hands of internet platforms. Erheben Rechteinhaber lizenzrechtliche Ansprüche auf Inhalte, die ihnen nicht zustehen, spricht man von Copyfraud oder Overclaiming. Bereits jetzt droht die Gefahr, dass die Rechtsdurchsetzung privat betriebenen Plattformen überlassen wird. Dem sollte der Gesetzgeber beim Umsetzen der EU-Urheberrechtsrichtlinie entgegenwirken. » mehr
