Between Censorship and Copyright
A film is banned because it – allegedly or actually – violates the law. A documentary is never realized because a legal advisor warns of possible law suits that would pose too great a financial risk. At the same time, films that are prohibited under the current (copyright) law can be watched around the globe. These three scenarios constitute different aspects of a common overarching topic.
