Die auf Initiative von EU-Kommissarin Viviane Reding ins Leben gerufene “Europäische Digitale Bibliothek” hat ihre Internetpräsenz offiziell eröffnet. Mehr als die Hälfte der Dokumente kommt aus Frankreich, Deutschland steuerte nur rund 1 Prozent des Bestandes bei.
